November 10, 2024The only reason I did not give this five stars is due to how some of the property is maintained. For example entering from the parking lot in to Stair 4 Level 1 the concrete needs pressure washing including the steps and the large cracks filled in. It is not a good appearance when I bring guests to my apartment. I am still waiting to get my light fixed in the hallway above my apartment number. There are also areas outside that need to be pressure washed. Other than that I would recommend ...Overture to anyone looking for a friendly and beautiful place to live. The staff is welcoming, the activities are fun. The weekly brunch is great and happy hour is a wonderful way to socialize.Property Manager Responded

November 17, 2024It's always nice to come home to Overture after a long trip abroad. I feel safe in this community; clean facility and friendly neighbors. It truly is an ideal place for me to live in now that I am 67 years young (smile). Moreover, the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful community to live in.
