January 24, 2025I've lived at Overture for 1 1/2 years now and I absolutely love it! I've meet so many wonderful people who have become great friends. The grounds are lovely and immaculately maintained. There are lots of activities, something for everyone! The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortable, wonderful closets! The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, they all feel like family. I hope I can stay for a very long time!!Review from Apartments.com

High quality community facilities, unit facilities, staff, and events. Maintenance is QUICK to respond and resolve even if it is not an emergency. January 7, 2025The residents are great and one of the main reasons we continue to stay here. We also think the staff is excellent which is another reason for staying. Also the maintenance staff is superb and another reason. The maintenance staff has come within 30 minutes each time we have requested their assistance.Property Manager Responded

December 16, 2024Great place to live and a beautiful environment have particularly enjoy the smiling faces that are always there to greet me whether I’m coming or going into my apartment overture in Greenville is beautifully designed and kept immaculately clean. I would highly recommend anyone who is an aging senior appreciates fellowship, a variety of Activities to pursue or not but is available our happy hours as well as our catered.
