December 16, 2024Great place to live and a beautiful environment have particularly enjoy the smiling faces that are always there to greet me whether I’m coming or going into my apartment overture in Greenville is beautifully designed and kept immaculately clean. I would highly recommend anyone who is an aging senior appreciates fellowship, a variety of Activities to pursue or not but is available our happy hours as well as our catered. November 10, 2024The only reason I did not give this five stars is due to how some of the property is maintained. For example entering from the parking lot in to Stair 4 Level 1 the concrete needs pressure washing including the steps and the large cracks filled in. It is not a good appearance when I bring guests to my apartment. I am still waiting to get my light fixed in the hallway above my apartment number. There are also areas outside that need to be pressure washed. Other than that I would recommend ...Overture to anyone looking for a friendly and beautiful place to live. The staff is welcoming, the activities are fun. The weekly brunch is great and happy hour is a wonderful way to socialize.Property Manager Responded

November 17, 2024It's always nice to come home to Overture after a long trip abroad. I feel safe in this community; clean facility and friendly neighbors. It truly is an ideal place for me to live in now that I am 67 years young (smile). Moreover, the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful community to live in.
