I moved here in 07/2019. Maintenance was so much better you could get things resolved in an hour. They use to clean the dog park every day. Now it’s disgusting. I have also gone to the office with other issue’s regarding personal threats and bullying. They told me to call the police.

Please know that the dog park and property are cleaned daily, but we will be sure to double-check these areas more thoroughly moving forward. Additionally, we are actively working on a solution for the gates to the dog park, as we’ve noticed an increase in non-resident pets entering the area. I did a lot of research prior to creating my short list of seven properties to tour. Of those seven, Overture Kierland stood out to me based on the apartment's cleanliness, premiere construction, 24/7 pool access, terrific staff, and much more. In the end it wasn't even close.
