January 10, 2025I have never used the trash pickup service since my apartment is quite close to the trash chute, and it's no trouble at all to take a 13 gallon trash bag 30 feet or so as needed. BUT, I still pay $25 a month ( think it's that, may be more now). Having been here almost eight years, that's a huge chunk of money ( $25 x 12 x 8 ) for nothing.Property Manager Responded

Everyone is very welcoming, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is kept clean, we are amazed about how well we adjusted to our new life. September 3, 2024Over the 6 plus years I've lived at Overture, the amenities and climate of overture has diminished. The climate has become more restrictive and less friendly. Initially I would recommend whole heartedly that Overture was the place to live. The pool that was once pristine now has dirt in the bottom. The hot tub water is green.Property Manager Responded
