    My wife and I recently moved in and I have to say this was most definitely a great decision. The floor plan is amazing and the premises are very well kept. Our neighbors are very friendly and so is the management. This experience truly exceeded our expectations and we had no trouble adjusting to our new community. We would highly recommend our friends and family to consider Oxnard Terrace as an option should they ever plan to find a new home.

    I submitted my interest for an apartment at Oxnard Terrace in March 2017, when I saw an ad on a mobile app. It had been a grueling 6 months of apartment hunting. I was exhausted and almost ignored Monica's call back in response to my inquiry. I'm thankful I did not. We set-up an open house appointment and the rest is history.
