Noise
May 4, 2021Between adjacent neighbors and constant construction on Beacon St., good luck finding time to relax. Slamming doors, barking dogs, you name it, it is here in this building. I moved out recently and have been much happier since.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Place to Call Home
February 16, 2021Everything was so easy, I was coming in from overseas, toured virtually and applied online. I felt really welcome when I arrived and my apartment is just right! :-)Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful place to call home
February 8, 2021Perfect location, friendly management, not too noisyReview from Apartments.com
Great Location!
February 11, 2021This place is clean and very well managed. Don't listen to anybody else! No idea what they're talking about. Loved living here. One of the MOST convenient places in the area. And management was super responsive and took care of our needs with a quickness.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t move here
January 29, 2020Small, decrepit, outdated, (not vintage in a charming way). Tacky updates. Mental health office in basement with patients living in building (they don’t tell you that before you move in). Weird smells- beans, cabbage, old air. Ugh! Terrible! Smokers, windows don’t work.Property Manager Responded

Very poorly managed and pest infested and over priced for the dingy apartment
January 21, 2020Lived here for two years. The price hike per year is almost 10%. The services avaialble at the apartment are horrible. Infested with mice and bugs which seems to have been a common feeling hasnt changed even after complaining. Floors have holes and mice come out of them. When complained they said they would repair and sent a huge circular. The people who came in to do the wokr have hardly closed any holes or taken any care to resolve the mice problem. We still have holes in the flooring. Not ...worth the trouble. We had serious hair loss and skin issues after coming to this apartment. Planning to get Lead and contaminant level testing for the water.Property Manager Responded

Location is great, but the amenities and management leave something to be desired.
August 31, 2016I lived here for a few years, I really liked the location but for what I was paying the hassle was not worth it. Many of the apartments do not have dishwashers or AC, I understand the building is old but for the price it was pretty spartan. During my time there I had to deal with pests on multiple occasions (mice and bugs coming from the kitchen), as well as structural problems (there was a hatch in the ceiling above the shower that would flood and pour water if the apartment above me filled ...their bathtub beyond a certain point.) A big problem was the reluctance of the office to do much, coupled with their ever changing staff and hours. It was such a hassle to get a hold of anyone, I just began emailing all communication as it was almost impossible to get in touch with someone on site.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Small studio in Brookline
September 14, 2015Nice location, just down the road from Coolidge Corner, and right next to the C line of the T. No onsite super, so if you have an issue off office hours (which is like 3 days a week) then you will have to wait for someone to come from across town, which can be super frustrating. The building is old, but nice.Review from Apartments.com
