    Pointe at Centennial Hills is an Exceptional place to live. The staff is friendly, the place is pretty well maintained. The rent is affordable and most of all it's typically a quiet place even being next to a freeway I don't notice. I'd definitely recommend any new potential residents to live here.

    Pointe at centennial Hill is a fair to good place. It has great commercial places to go for foods at a local restaurant or grocery stores. All this is walking distance from your living space. On a cool day you can walk to Albertsons grocery store for buy groceries for a quick meal. It is very accessible by car! Six minutes away from target and chase bank . This complex has problems like all Apartment but it can be overcome and it is affordable. The staff is there to help you if you need ...

    had an amazing crew to fix the problem Nick explained what was going to happen step by step Sarah got the work order in right away and the a/c crews took care of the problem in under 3 hours as a result no damage or mess. then cleaned up the water and left after cleaning up the apartment area.     Maintenance is always very quick to respond to issues. Big shout outs to Mr. Ray and (both) Mr. Nick’s! Amazing maintenance men and teachers (as Mr. Ray came in once to fix one of my maintenance issues with a trainee and my issue has been fixed ever since).

    I’ve been here for a little over a year and everytime I interact with members of the staff they have been overwhelmingly positive, I truly enjoy how friendly everyone is including neighbors they have all been wonderful in making this a great community. I love how helpful the staff are when it comes to questions or maintenance related issues as well as very quickly solving the issues.
