January 19, 2021Palisade was the best apartment complex in San Diego period. Only place which offered east coast like living here in the UTC area. Amenities was great. Which is why I lived here. Unfortunately with the pandemic and frequent closure of almost all amenities, the appeal for palisade has gone down quite a bit. The staff is very nice and easy to deal with but for some reason they get changed quite often, not sure how I feel about this. Corporate should be more lenient with the staff I can see how ...nervous they get when I send emails asking questions. The staff should feel comfortable and protected so they can perform better, and so corporate can see better results. Anyway, Ive decided not to renew my lease because of the reasons above until I can see an end to the current status quo. When or if that time comes, I will definitely revisit palisade.Property Manager Responded
