March 11, 2026New App I am not happy with the new app process. The previous app was more user friendly. Also, I didn't want to load my renters insurance to the app from my phone, so emailed it to Southwood Realty (info given to put on our policy) before our renewal date and to our local office, but was still charged a violation fee of $21.50. I called the office & forwarded the policy again and was told the fee would be removed. It was not followed up and in order to keep from late fees, ended up paying the ...violation fee.
