Palm Apartments
August 26, 2015Good apartments, and all the neighbors know each other and watch out for each other. The area is quite noisy because it's offa busy street and intersection, with a gas station next door. Gradually the complex has been improving since about January 2014. It's not really a place for people with children since there is no play area. Also, there is no guest parking, with the possible use of a tenant not having a vehicle and allowing their guest to park in their designated spot. Dual paned ...windows are a huge plus, not only for noise, but also energy efficiency. I have enjoyed living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
