November 17, 2024Palm Club is a decent place to live. Nice staff but it could use improvements. Apartments need upgrading with new flooring, appliances and paint. October 29, 2024I've been living in this community for about a year, and overall, it's been a great experience! The apartments are spacious, and the grounds are well-kept with nice landscaping and plenty of green spaces. The amenities are a definite perk—especially the pool and fitness center, which are clean and well-maintained. The location is a big advantage as well, with nearby shopping, dining options, and easy access to public transit. It’s quiet and feels safe, with friendly neighbors who look out for ...one another. The only downsides would be that visitor parking is sometimes limited, and there were a few minor maintenance delays during peak season. However, management has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had any issues. I’d recommend this community to anyone looking for a balanced, peaceful place to live!Property Manager Responded
