April 28, 2025The complex has gone down and nothing seems to be done it. Also, the clientele they rent to has also gone downhill. I really wish I could afford to move like yesterday!!Property Manager Responded

April 14, 2025Love the overall community, however, would love if there treadmill was working in the gym. The pool could use some cleaning as well. It will help make the complex feel more valuable. The maintenance team works quickly whenever there is a request put in.Property Manager Responded

November 17, 2024Palm Club is a decent place to live. Nice staff but it could use improvements. Apartments need upgrading with new flooring, appliances and paint. November 11, 2024Living at Palm Club is pleasant. Neighbors are friendly, office staff is enjoyable, accommodating, and helpful and maintenance is responsive and efficient.
