Our apartments all feature freshly painted exteriors and countless interior updates. Background checks are run on all potential tenants, as we like to keep our communities safe. We ask that eviction histories be clean, and credit scores be no less than 600. Income should be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Upon signing your 12-month lease, we will require first and last month's rent, as well as security deposit. We are pet friendly, with limitations, and charge a nonrefundable pet deposit. Don't move here worst mistake ever
February 17, 2022Dirty units,nasty old appliances. Roach and rat infested units. Landlord doesn't do anything but collect money for old run down units. Nosey neighbors that nobody does anything about noise complaints. Worst place I've ever lived and its in high crime drug area.Review from Apartments.com
