    Delight in your upstairs neighbor’s yelling, running, & jumping galore. Agitated living 24/7. Manager exacerbates the issue with subpar workmanship, installation of paper-thin floor panels and removal of quality padded carpet. Fails to address root cause—cosmetic and cheap interior updates and behavior.

Management adds to the problem with cheap workmanship and removal of quality well insulated flooring. Manager will post disingenuous reply, all the while not addressing root cause.

    Palm Lake Apartments is a splendid place to live. A beautiful setting with a lake and ducks to watch as you sit out on your deck or going to walk around. There are many amenities as a pool, laundry rooms, gym, and game room. It is located in a great place near Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Bart and downtown Walnut Creek! The maintenance staff exceeds my expectations and they’re ALWAYS timely, very professional, doing an amazing job & most important they make sure your needs are being met. We like the ...

  • Giving a five star for the maintenance staff

    Excellent maintenance service with care. On-site maintenance staff Zimri is very professional patient and provides excellent maintenance services on a timely-manner which makes this place easier and better to live. They will come in fix and install everything. On the other hand, the building is indeed very old. Renovation of the unit is poor and defective.

  • Can't do with the (endless) Construction noise!

    The place is great, meant to be quiet with kind neighbors. I've lived here for a few months now. But these days, under the new management that took over, there ALWAYS seems to be construction going on for months on end- LOUD construction. A lot of residents are still working from home, so it is terrible to get work done, and take calls. The pounding against the wood panels just never stop, leaves you with a headache by the end of 5pm. I can't wait to get back to on site work. This is something ...

  • Terrible if you work nights or WFH.

    My quality of life has plummeted since they began running a gas-powered leaf blower almost every morning for hours, including Sundays. It’s really difficult to sleep or get remote work done or keep our baby asleep. We’re moving out ASAP since mgmt doesn’t care.
