Manager exacerbates the issue with subpar workmanship, installation of paper-thin floor panels and removal of quality padded carpet. This property is excellent
August 6, 2023Palm Lake Apartments is a splendid place to live. A beautiful setting with a lake and ducks to watch as you sit out on your deck or going to walk around. There are many amenities as a pool, laundry rooms, gym, and game room. It is located in a great place near Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Bart and downtown Walnut Creek! The maintenance staff exceeds my expectations and they’re ALWAYS timely, very professional, doing an amazing job & most important they make sure your needs are being met. Giving a five star for the maintenance staff

On-site maintenance staff Zimri is very professional patient and provides excellent maintenance services on a timely-manner which makes this place easier and better to live. Can't do with the (endless) Construction noise!
November 4, 2022The place is great, meant to be quiet with kind neighbors. I've lived here for a few months now. But these days, under the new management that took over, there ALWAYS seems to be construction going on for months on end- LOUD construction. A lot of residents are still working from home, so it is terrible to get work done, and take calls. The pounding against the wood panels just never stop, leaves you with a headache by the end of 5pm. Terrible if you work nights or WFH.
August 12, 2022My quality of life has plummeted since they began running a gas-powered leaf blower almost every morning for hours, including Sundays.
