July 7, 2017There is roaches in this complex. And every tenant I spoke to said they have roaches. The management will blame everything beside the complex being old and need renovations and upgrades. Convenient, Friendly, Affordable Location
August 23, 2015I have been a resident at the Palmer House, Greensboro, for almost a year. I really enjoy my 2 bedroom apartment. Currently my girlfriend and her 9 year old son live with me. The location is convenient. There is a shopping center located directly across the street and 2 within walking distance. The city bus stops on both sides of the complex. The neighbors are friendly and I always help out w with my elderly neighbors. We are all close and quickly recognize unfamiliar faces. The rent is truly ...affordable.
