Not the best, but improving
September 4, 2024Units are currently being renovated to early 2000’s look. Maintenance is not available after hours/weekends. Unless you call multiple times, your maintenance needs won’t get helped. The structure of the buildings is very questionable and not well insulated (winters will make your energy bills high) As far as crime, is below average. Not many trouble maker neighbors. Complex manager does answer emails/calls and is friendly… but tends to be reminded constantly of issues since she’s super busy with ...2 complexes to manage. Avoid the Townhouses

November 1, 2022The apartments and townhouses are a dump. I lived there for 6 weeks and my townhouse leaked the entire time. I have emails since I moved in going back and forth about how there maintenance repaired the leaks. Townhouse had mold and mildew. THEY DID NOTHING. There suggestion was for me to move if I didn't like it. I MOVED. Now they refuse to give me back my deposits. I had a $300 pet deposit and they are keeping that and charging me another $125 for pet treatment but wont send me proof. ...Best thing to do is run and not live here.
