Pleasant Place to Live
September 29, 2016I moved here about a year and half ago and so far it's been great. The maintenance keeps it clean, tidy, and welcoming. The community is small so there is never a wait at the gym/workout (treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, free weights, and weight machine). The pool is always 80 degrees and there is plenty of seating/lounging surrounding the pool. As far as the back BBQ area (totally separate from the pool area), it's a really nice place if you feel like eating outside or just to hangout. ...Again, plenty of seating (with umbrellas) for the warmer days. Also, you can reserve the BBQ and pool area for a private party. The only issue I had here was that not soon after I moved in, the retrofitting of the building began, but I knew that going in. My point being is that the walls are not as thick as I thought so you can hear noise from the hallway and neighbors both above and next to you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Building But a Little Pricey
September 2, 2015The building is clean and well maintained and the management is quick to fix any problems you have. The backyard is pretty big and there is a separate pool area. There aren't so many units so the common areas are usually available when you want to use them. The apartment is in great shape and everything is very new and clean. It is a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute bike ride to cal train. There are great restaurants and shopping a 5-10 min drive away in either direction.
