I've been here for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it here. The new owner is remodeling all the apartments. New flooring, carpets, appliances and fixtures. Right now they are painting the outside of the apartments. They look great. Management has always been respectful and has fulfilled my needs. Maintenance has always responded no later than 24 hours. The only problem I've ever had was the gate was always broken and would not close after hours however, since the new owner arrived, the gate ...
has been fixed. I love it here and plan to renew my lease again and I feel very safe here.

Don't waste your time and money

The management is a joke. They charged us for carpet when they were supposed to replace it before we moved in but never did. So we put it on the condition form like were told and now that I'm disputing it, the manager gave me nothing but attitude then hung up before giving me any answers. They are always unhelpful and rude. Don't waste your money

My apartment is new to me but thus far I have some misgivings. The unit was not prepared for someone to move in and it has been an unfortunate experience to get things right. Overall response to maintenance needs is good. Management appears to be sincere about helping when there is a problem.

Trails for hiking are nearby as well as shopping convience of three major grocery stores and many different stores. It's very quiet and bus a stop short distance away. Dirty when I moved in. They cleaned what was supposed to be cleaned 'after' I moved in. Still dirty. I will have to use my own time to clean what they missed. Stinks.
