Save yourself, don’t move here.
February 25, 2024We have been living here for less than a year and we’ve already had 5 leaks. Save yourself and don’t move here. You’ll be told this place is in good conditions but the truth is the place is falling apart, if it’s not our apartment having a leak, it’s someone else’s.Review from Apartments.com
All the Pipes Are Leaking
February 25, 2024We've had 5 leaks in our apartment since moving in this past July. There are leaks happening throughout the building. Management is aware that the pipes need to be replace, but will wait until they leak and cause a mess in your apartment to replace them. (It's the pipes for the fire sprinklers.) The manager did not inform us that this was happening before moving in, even though they were aware. They tricked us into thinking everything was working. Its been really stressful for our family having ...to live with water everywhere. It takes days for them to fix it each time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible Building
September 3, 2018My boyfriend is currently living in the complex and has had an issue with rats for a couple of months, there's been one incident when one found it's way inside the apartment. When brought to the manager she advised they were getting an estimate on exterminating it's now been 4 months later and it's pretty bad. Other tenants have complained especially tenants who have pets about a week ago the treated the apartments for bugs - OK, that's a start but we personally don't have bugs. Maybe I'm crazy ...but when you risk the possibility of it becoming an infestation you act quickly and aren't passive about the issue. My other issue is the onsite manager (Jullisa) most of my complaints are while she was working for "Moss property management" because that's legit when the building went downhill; she was barely in the office, things would break and not be fixed, the courtyard would have trash, elevator nasty, and the laundry room would be flooded, or a washer/dryer would be broke for weeks... However, even with the current management company and NEW owners she is still useless and hardly in the office they did hire another girl though.. The current issues: this building has rats, lots of them. the elevator is nasty 98% of the time, there's trash down at the mail area near the front gate, doors will be broken for weeks which leads to people coming into the building - we had an incident where some homeless man came into the complex, entered the laundry room, and jacked off to women passing by through the window. When I very first went to Julissa about the incident on his behalf I couldn't get ahold of her for basically a whole day from 9 am - 6 pm when she called me back she then proceeded to tell me that "Everyone in this building complains a lot." I'm posting this because at this point I don't see them doing anything about the issues and I'd hate for someone else to think they're moving into a "nice" building paying what you do in rent an have to have these issues as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
it is bad and getting worse
July 19, 2018Sadly, been living here for a few years now. Just haven't had the money to move. Apartment is decent size and it is nice that they allow pets without having to pay a pet rent. The workout center just got more equipment so that is great. Now, but the other side of this place. Every year, we have ants coming in from all over. Can't tell where most of the time. Rent is fair but jumps up when it goes up. Most of the people are very nice but some are very loud and they trash the place. Some ...people have dogs on the patio and just push the dog poop of the patio for the gardeners to pick up. People throw trash everywhere and it isn't picked up until the gardeners come once a week. The light over the stairs leading to the garage has been out for almost a year. They fix it and it is broken again within a few weeks. Street parking is horrible. Some nights had to park a few blocks away. I am hoping it is my last year there. It just takes a few bad people to ruin it for the whole place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
