February 10, 2025I like it here. The staff and the other residents are friendly and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, but could use a few more deep drawers in the kitchen. When I moved in, I was wondering why there were no cabinets beneath both the kitchen and the bathroom sinks. It was never brought to my attention that this was a "wheelchair-accessible" apartment. Dormitory Like Environment
January 13, 2024Bathroom sub-floor is such that most of the grout lines are cracked. Cheapest appliances installed. Refrigerator makes loud banging sounds every now and then. Sometimes I smell Freon. The apartment door from the hallway has a gap below it so sounds within your apartment, whatever they might be, be it your voice or dishes or silverware clanking, can be heard in the hallway. No sound abatement construction between adjacent apartments so you hear the snoring from next door. Walking down the hallway ...you can enjoy the activities within any of the other apartments. Heated pool temperature is too high for one to swim laps as part of a workout. I like the staff. Building facade looks nice. Bowling alley next door has some late night parking lot parties which required at two in the morning a call to the police.Property Manager Responded
