About Parc Gardens - 55 or Older Luxury Living
Parc Gardens is Lafayette’s first 55 and over luxury community. Conveniently located as an extension of the Parc Lafayette development, the property is walking distance to boutiques, eateries, and entertainment. Not to be confused with need-based care, the community is a place where those over 55 can downsize and stay in Acadiana without having to resort to traditional senior housing. The design of the Parc Gardens development is to let our residents "have it all, in the middle of it all". We believe that this stage in life is a celebration, so our amenities are intended to foster this mindset. Community amenities includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, pet park, resort-style pool with plenty of social areas, elevators, outdoor living areas, planned activities, cocktail area, clubhouse, library with computer area. If you have more than one vehicle, this isn't the place for you!
December 7, 2020Be sure to ask them for full disclosure about how many vehicles you can have and where your guests can park when they visit. They recently (December 2020) decided to assign parking spaces and are finding that they don't have enough to go around. Very nice staff in the front office, but very floor planning in the overall design and handling of the property by upper management.Review from Apartments.com
