don’t walk away, RUN away
December 2, 2024Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Buildings are dirty and poorly maintained. Black Mold in all buildings. Crappy appliances that don’t work properly, plumbing issues, electrical issues. Property owners refuse to fix, they’d rather slap a cheap band aid over it and lure the next victim in. Save yourself the money and frustration and rent from somewhere that isn’t a health and safety hazard.Review from Apartments.com
Maintenance
September 17, 2024I hope nobody has to use maintenance because you will have to wait several hours to get anyone to your apartment and call multiple times. This has happened both times we needed them urgently and I have only been here a month. Very frustrating and disappointing.Property Manager Responded

Owners are super greedy & shady
August 5, 2022These apartments are nothing like they are advertised and definitely not worth what they want you to pay for them. Everything is outdated, mold above showers. Very poorly maintained.Property Manager Responded
