January 20, 2025the complex is pretty cool but I just moved in and I would say I’m a bit disappointed. The unit was not cleaned at all. The hallway steps and entry way is very rusted. When I did my tour I was taken through the elevator which is the cleanest way.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2025Move in day was terrible. Too much to type, but the leasing office already is aware of everything that was wrong. Apartment wasn’t move in ready it was very nasty and a lot of damage to keep it simple. Wasted money on a U-Haul truck that we didn’t get to use because we had to move everything in 3 days after we signed the lease of original move in day…Property Manager Responded

December 30, 2024This place is the best apartment Ive ever lived in. The office staff is wonderful, and they are on their “A” game. I love the valet trash pick up. Super dog friendly.Property Manager Responded

December 12, 2024It's a nice community to live in, quiet and safe. However, I do wish there were a few more amenities especially since we pay an amenity fee.Property Manager Responded

While we do offer a variety of features like the salt water pool, cabanas, outdoor TVs, fireplace, grills, cornhole, 2 dog parks, pet spa, free car wash, 24 hours yoga and fitness center, indoor mail and package room, business center, free coffee bar, smart home locks, lights, and thermostat, elevators in all 7 buildings, and the gate app, we're constantly working to enhance the living experience.
