Great Spot
December 19, 2024I've lived here a few years now and the entire staff has been nothing but nice, accommodating, and helpful. The units themselves are in solid condition and the complex is always making upgrades and improvements whether it be to the parking lots or even the locks on the doors. They are also really in-tune with the residents, sending out updates and offering us lots of opportunities for feedback that they do take into consideration. Last is the location. It's right off Main St and close to Purcell ...Park, so while it's not easy walking distance from everywhere it's very accessible. It's also pretty close to a bus stop. Fantastic First Apartment
December 19, 2024I moved into Park Apartments 3.5 years ago and it's been really good for me. The property manager, Theo, is super understanding and easy to talk to. The apartment itself was nice; updated and spacious interior, plenty of natural sunlight, good water pressure/hot water, and overall a place I wanted to come home to at the end of the day. The short distance to the university and downtown are also a plus. Wonderful Place to live
May 17, 2019We relocated from Ohio to Virginia. While touring apartment complexes, we came across the Park Apartments. From driving up the drive, I knew this was the place I wanted to call home until we could get into our forever home. The complex is stylish, clean and well maintained. Theo, leasing manager, was a gem. He worked with us to get us the apartment that fit our needs. He made our transition so much easier by being so flexible. Our two bed/one bath apartment had been recently updated. To ...say the least, it is beautiful. We ended up across from the leasing office which was perfect for us. The pool was right across the parking lot. The pool area is spacious with picnic tables and plenty of lawn chair. Honestly, there is absolutely nothing I can say bad about the Park Apartments. Love this place
September 22, 2015The apartment is renovated with all black kitchen equipment. The bathroom is renovated. All around the apartment is gorgeous. The carpet clean and new. We enjoy having the garbage disposal. The two maintenance men are exceptional and are always quick to respond to problems. Office staff is wonderful. July 28, 2015I have a lot of problems with the power going out but the apartment is roomy, beautiful windows that share great light and has a lot storage. The finishes are nice and i love that it has in apt laundry and the manager is friendly and very easy to work with.
