I've loved living at Park Apartments!
April 2, 2021I've lived at Park Apartments for a little more than 6 years now and have really loved it. The apartments were newly renovated when we moved in and the updated appliances, new flooring, and countertops have all made the apartments feel modern & luxurious. The management office has always been friendly and welcoming, and over the years I've gotten to know them well and appreciate seeing them in the community. Maintenance requests are typically completed very quickly, and the custodial support ...staff are always friendly when they come in to your home. The areas (pools, parking, gardening, doggy field) are always well maintained and clean. The only complaint I've ever had has been about the noise from the auto-shop nearby, and honestly it's really minor compared to how much I've enjoyed living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Quiet & Convenient to Schools, Stores and Fwy's
February 14, 2016I live at Park Apartment for over 30 years. I like that the environment is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The Office and Maintenance Staff is very helpful and prompt at resolving of fixing issues. The Apartments are big and roomy. I love that it's close to Grocery Stores and Cerritos Mall. Also its close to the 91 & 605 Fwys.Review from Apartments.com
