    BEWARE!! MICE, ROACHES, RATS, MOLD, UNSAFE!!! This place is nothing short of a nightmare. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't be fooled by the renovations you see while touring like me and my family. I gave it a chance after being told new management took over but that did not change the fact that there are people hanging out, non stop leaks, gun shots, etc. There are a lot cars being broken into and RATS are all over the place.     take your money and you will be stuck in a lease like me. We have put in numerous maintenance request with no response. My apartment looked nice when I moved in but things went down hill within weeks.

  • Disgusting!!! Run!!! Don’t rent here!!

    Roach infested!! They gave my mother an apartment with no A/C, which took them a week to fix. Paint peeling off the bathroom walls, grease stains on the kitchen walls, dirty to hell, baseboards dusty, a clogged tub, and did I not mention the roaches!! I mean laying larvae in her bed type infestation. They offered her 2 months of free rent, but who wants to live in a health hazard! She wants out of her lease! My mother moved in June 26 and haven’t slept a night in her apartment.

  • Roach infested

    November 4, 2020
    These apartments are roach infested. Lived here since August, every week I'm complaining about the roaches. You will have no peace of mind here, you will be sleeping with all your lights on(they will crawl on you), always wearing shoes, and not unable to put food in your cabinets. They come and "exterminate" but it does nothing. & there are always people hanging in the building smoking who knows what.

  • COULD be an AMAZING place!!!

    I don't know where to start.....I've been living here for 3 years and used to love coming home and being home. I don't know if it's the new office management but it's going down!!! Here's my list; 1. I'm seeing more roaches. I'm glad to now be home when the exterminator comes because they are used to treating the same areas doing the same things.....they need to move things out in order to get to where the roaches are coming from. 2. Their visitor parking pass process is horrible....we pay too ...
    much money to have to go to the office and obtain a pass every 7 days!!! 3. The vents need to be cleaned 4. The kitchen counters are small and the base should be replaced in ALL of the units. 5. They need to upgrade the washers/dryers instead of using used ones. 6. You'll be lucky to have someone return your call. 7. They need better quality tile in the bathrooms and kitchen.

  • Okay apartment

    I’ve had an ok experience. They have decent specials and low security deposit. The leasing agent mahki is very helpful . He made my move in process easy and stress free. As far as the other lady up front , after I moved in , she was quite rude and always has an attitude when I need assistance. Parking is free but terrible with guest passes . They’re a lot of loud children, and trash in the streets Sunday mornings , which is a little embarrassing when having company over . Maintenance isn’t the ...
    best, but after hours isn’t really helpful . This a good first apartment experience. Not one that you would want to stay at for years. All and all , metro is close and stores , so I rate this community a solid 3 .

  • Bad Rodents problem

    I lived there for 8 years it was nice. Loved the closet space, the Mantance was great, but the rats ran me out, they can’t get rid of the rodents. I mean it’s bad really bad!

    I moved in 6 months ago. This place does a good job at projecting an upscale image but as another comment mentions, it's absolutely like living in the projects - trash, infestation, drugs, loud neighbors, the works. Worst of all is management. They are unprofessional and unhelpful to say the least. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

    I've recently applied & was going to move here yesterday..BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. After a whole run around with my security deposit( was not told it was to be done online) i finally do a general walk thru with the young lady from rental office. During this time i found some things that weren't to my liking (bathroom sink,tub,kitchen cabinets). Later that day I returned to do a more thorough look at the apartment and found a plethora of issues. I found MILDEW/MOLD UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK & BESIDE THE ...
    WASHING MACHINE,REFRIGERATOR IS DISGUSTING AND HAS A UNPLEASANT SMELL,CRACKS IN MULTIPLE AREAS THAT WERE JUST SIMPLY PAINTED OVER,WASHING MACHINE LEAKS WHEN I TESTED IT OUT Besides they nice ladies in the rental office..this was the Worst experience ever...Fortunately i was able to receive a refund of my deposit/rent.   • Its a NO for me

    The outside is nice but once you get in, its like living in the projects. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner or at all. There are roaches, mice, loud rowdy tenants & DO NOT have any packages sent to your house! They WILL be stolen! Very poorly run! Look elsewhere.

  • Worst place ever

    Don't move here....turn and go the other way. Rude staff....loud neighbors...people getting murdered...bugs...no parking....one way in one way out....kids playing in the street so you can't drive!!! Even the management company is rude....although they recently took over they are just as bad if not worse than the other company.

    Pros: location and washer and dryer in every unit Cons: rodents, parking, and crime I have had my car broken into 2x the first time they took the tv, the second time they attempted to steal the car.
