April 12, 2021I had a really good experience in finding a great fit for my family here at Park Grossmont. Florence was exceptional in finding what I was looking for. She was very helpful, patient, polite, understanding and knowledgeable in what she was doing. I've been here for about 2mths now. Any questions or concerns were promptly answered and taken care of right away. Maintenance (Julien and Antonio) were very polite and respectable. Me and my family love it here. Nice area, close to everything ...(freeways, shopping and eateries etc.) Very people friendly and family oriented neighbors. No complaints.Property Manager Responded

Enjoyed my stay at Park Grossmont
May 21, 2013I leased for 1 year and I loved the community and its location. With the exception of one noisy neighbor! The community is very pet friendly and I enjoyed the walks on the tree lined streets. We lived close to everything we needed, interstate, grocery store, malls, trolley, parks and our jobs. The management was great and on top of things. Maintenance was always available if you needed it. I would of stayed longer but couldn't because of the loss of a roommate. It has been hard to relax in a new ...place when you miss the old place. Park Grossmont always felt like a home not an apartment.
