Best Place
November 3, 2024Park Place One Apartments are are the best you will ever find in Philadelphia. They are affordable, but more importantly, the staff here is so so so helpful and responsive. The location is great, It's very close to shopping center, and even bus station is very near. I have been lucky enough to be living here for the last 5 years ,and I could not recommend them enough. What I like the most about my apartment is that I have a laundry room in my unit, and I also have a balcony. Maintenance guy is ...great , too. In general, staff are all very pleasant and understanding about each tenant's unique experience. I would definitely recommend this place!Property Manager Responded

We generally have a waiting list of families wanting to live at the Park Place One not only because of the wonderful apartment homes, but because of the reputation our staff has built with regard to providing timely service, by experienced and thoughtful men and women. We respond to emergencies 24/7. We take pride in the appearance of the communities buildings and grounds. We do most of our repairs in house, including snow removal. We are always the very first community to have the snow removed, and our sidewalks and parking lots salted. We are delighted that you have take the time to recognize our efforts. Best place review
May 27, 2024We've been living in the apartment for two weeks now. The complex is very beautiful. There is a lot of greenery, bushes and trees around. Everything is very well maintained. There is a pennypack park close to the complex, which is a great place for a trail walk. In 5-10 minutes drive from the complex there are all the necessary stores. The streets around the complex are safe, lighted. There are video monitoring cameras in the parking lot. Also thankful for the welcome, the staff are incredibly ...helpful - all requests are dealt with quickly. Rachel from the office was very polite and explained everything. June 2, 2024Maxim, I’m pleased to hear you are enjoying your new home. Early summer/late spring and the fall are my favorite seasons. As the manager, I love when the leaves and colors begin to emerge both from the trees and shrubs and the thousands of bulbs we plant each year. I actually walk/run frequently through Pennypack Park along the banks creek across the street. The tree canopy keeps the path cool below. The beauty and convenience of the area is second to none. I believe that is true of the construction and apartment size and features. The community was built with sound control (and fire prevention/control) in mind, and we have expanded on our concern for quality living by adding many features including a surveillance system, video and audio door monitors, commercial common security doors, LED exterior lighting that covers the entire perimeter of the community and much more. Best of all (as I say frequently) is the quality of the team that services and supports the community. I can’t say ...enough wonderful things about them. They responded to calls this holiday weekend in the evening even though the calls did not fall under the definition of emergency. Great place to live
May 11, 2024I have lived at Park Place for 6 years and there is no other property that compares. The maintenance team is unsurpassed. If it snows, the sidewalks and parking lots are IMMEDIATELY cleared and salted. If you call with a maintenance issue they are there within a day and take care of things correctly the first time! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are a VIP! May 30, 2024Thanks for posting your review of our Park Place One Apartment community. I think you captured our team philosophy perfectly. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional living experience. We want every resident to feel like a VIP. We go to extraordinary measures to do so, and no example highlights this better than how we attack snow removal. We want to be the first community to have their snow removed, and we want to not only clear the snow so there is access from your home to your car, but we want the access to be as safe as possible. We want our residents to feel comfortable carrying grocery bags or other such items to and from their vehicles without fear of falling and being injured. To accomplish this on heavy snows, we try to clear each and every parking spot, often times, we will ask for car keys so we can clean under and alongside the vehicles, and upon completion, return the keys. Each and every morning following a snow event (well before most residents awake), our staff walks the ...grounds to look for slippery conditions; they take immediate action if required. We have the same procedure/practice each evening before the sun sets. I’m very proud of how we support and care for our property and it’s residents. I’m delighted that someone like yourself (a long term resident), would write a review, and provide such valuable information to would be future residents. One has to have been living in a community for sometime to truly understand how are our practices differ from other managed communities with respect to how our customer care positively impacts the well-being and happiness of our residents every day lives.

Park Place One Apartment
May 13, 2024I recently moved to one of the apartments at Park Place One. The place is quiet and somewhat safe, the surrounding is clean, the garbage disposal is organize, accessible to public transportation, and the personnel (Rachel) at the office was very helpful. Rachel was very accommodating during the tour of the model house and during our move, she was reachable when something was needed to be done at the apartment. They also gave us a starter pack to be used in the apartment during our move and a ...vase of flowers to welcome us in the community. Great Apartments
April 27, 2024Wonderful place. Very quiet and peaceful. No one ever screams, fights, argues, or breaks beer bottles. They have wonderful security with video camera and exceptionally responsive maintenance if your washer or dryer malfunctions. One way to know whether or not you are moving into a great apartment is availability. I can assure you that it's not easy to find a vacancy because no one ever wants to leave Park Place One once they move in. The rent is not cheap but reasonable for a working family. ...Great location because it's close to everything... Bustleton, Rosevelt Boulevard, etc. The management is always available by phone or email. All in all, these are, if not the best, but one of the best apartments you can find in Northeast. 5 STARS.Property Manager Responded

As a manager and someone who lives and works within walking distance of the Park Place One Apartments, I couldn’t agree more. The neighborhood has a great deal of shopping choices, recreation areas (both passive and active), and is very walkable. We continuously work to keep up the appearance of the Park Place One, and at the same time, we continue to invest in new improvements. Our investments are made in starkly visible and subtle nearly invisible improvements. We invested in a massive exterior and interior lighting project in the last few years that added beautiful light posts with modern LED emitting light that blankets the grounds and the entire exterior parking lot and sidewalks with soft and relaxing light that allows one to enjoy the landscaping, and navigate safely in inclement weather. This is one of our visible improvements. This year we added high security locks to ...exterior common doors that operate with keys or fobs, and are tied to an intercom system that allows residents to both see and hear visitors. This would classify as one or our subtle nearly invisible improvements, but one that has a major impact on safety. We have completed nearly a dozen major improvements over the last few years, and we are currently working on a major improvement at this very moment, and have several in the planning stages. In the days prior to delivering the keys to our apartment homes, our entire staff is focused on delivering a home that will delight our new residents. It’s not enough to deliver the keys to your apartment home on time, but to deliver each and every home with the detail and care that we would expect for members of our family. It’s a bit challenging to deliver around the holidays due to vacations, and many of our supply houses being closed (if we need parts), but we manage year in and year out to overcome these issues. We actually sit back and wait for responses like your recent review. We take a great deal of pride in what we do, and great satisfaction when our efforts are acknowledged. Great Service
December 5, 2023I gave Park Place One a 5-star rating because of Rachel the office manager and Kevin the maintenance guy. Both of them provide exceptional, caring service. If you are looking for a fancy place with modern, updated interior, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a homy place, community, safety and a caring management then this place is a great option. Make sure you come and verify that everything is up to standard before you move in, but have no worries, even if you ...already have moved in and discover something that needs fixing, they will take care of it for you. You should also have Xfinity route an internet cable to an acceptable spot for a modem and router before a new carpet is put in prior to your move-in. For some reason, the only spot to connect a modem in our apartment is in the master bedroom which is not exactly ideal seeing as you're sleeping with all that radiation right next to you. December 9, 2023Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experiences to date, and thanks for the shout out to Rachel and Kevin. Rachel has been with our company decades. She is a beloved member of our team. Kevin has been with our team for about 15 years. He’s the youngest of our maintenance “Leaders”. He’s literally followed and trained with our head of maintenance for 10 years before he was given full authority to co-direct maintenance in our communities that include Park Place One. We try to deliver the very best apartment home possible from day one, when we don’t quite meet the expectations of our new residents, we do whatever it takes to resolve any issues until the residents are happy. We hold companywide meetings on service and maintenance every Friday evening. Every member of our maintenance staff down to our in house painters are required to attend. At these meeting we go over each and every completed (to make sure nothing was missed) service call, and all incomplete service ...calls. We discuss what materials may be needed, schedule follow up service if required, and plan for the week ahead. Maintenance service has a lot of redundancy and overlap so we can avoid “dropped” service calls. We are always planning new improvements. You mentioned security and safety which are priorities for us. We will soon be rolling out new LED exterior wall address signage that will make it easy for emergency services (like an ambulance) or guests to locate resident’s homes at night without getting out of their vehicles. We understand that minutes sometimes can make a difference in the delivery of emergency medical care so we invested tens of thousands of dollars to enhance safety. I am pleased that you chose the Park Place One Apartments as your new home. We will continue to work hard to service all the residents in this most special community. Great place
November 6, 2023Love this place. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, which is very spacious with a nice balcony and storage room in the balcony. We live in C complex, on a first floor unit. We have been living in this place for the past 5+ years. We love how quiet and calm it is in here. It is a very well kept place, a hidden gem in the Northeast area. I have to give credit to Racheal from the office, Boris and Kevin from maintenance for all their effort in making this place our home. If we have any ...issues in the apartment, it only takes one call to office to get it done as quickly as possible (majority of the time, it takes less than 2 hrs to get the issue taken cared of).
