Old building, small, but great neighborhood

Its an old building but it's so small that it's easy to spruce up. Hardwood floors, crown molding, newish bathrooms and kitchenettes. Drop dead gorgeous neighborhood.

Really cute one bedroom apartment with wood floors. I have really enjoyed living here. Neighbors are quiet, and I like going to the park across from my apartment. I even have covered parking for a one bedroom!
