August 14, 2015This aprtment complex has availability from efficiency apartments to four bedrooms. They are located near the downtown business district. This complex is cooperative housing which means the residents have ownership of the property and have a voice in how it is operated. We have resident councils and have rules for the people who live here.There is a maintenance staff and also a 24 hour emergency hot line.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015I have been living in Parktown almost ten years. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The staff is always pleasant and attentive, they've always helped me with maintenance issues or questions. I will live here for as many years as I can.
