DO NOT MOVE HERE
November 19, 2024This apartment complex is not what it seems. The pictures and advertisements are completely false, and the management is scamming people into renting here. The property is overrun with pests like roaches, gnats, and even possums. The hallways are filthy, doors have no locks, and the pool is unusable despite being advertised. Instead of fixing the real problems, they just keep changing management. Don’t fall for their tricks—this place is unsafe and unlivable. Rent elsewhere!Review from Apartments.com
Move here if you have no other option
October 29, 2024This apartment is an apartment complex you come to when you can’t go anywhere else. I’ve been telling the rent office about the mold in my apartment for over a year now, all they do is spray it and don’t do anything else about it. They refuse to move us into another unit, they keep saying if we feel uncomfortable then we have to pay to move ourselves and that isn’t fair. The pool hasn’t been open since we moved in, the bushes don’t get cut, and our neighbors are nasty. The walls are very thin so ...if your neighbor is smoking a cigarette you’ll smell it. Overall the apartments aren’t terrible but I wouldn’t stay here if I could afford to go somewhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Nothing good about this place. Make it your very last resort
October 3, 2023I'm glad they bought new pool furniture for a pool we can't access. I'm sure there's a "gated community" fee that I'm paying for a gate that has worked less than 50% of the time I've lived here, and not at all in the last 3 months. I'm glad they built a playground instead of a laundry facility. Management changed this past summer, but instead of making an effort to finalize the transition smoothly, some of them went on vacation while harassing tenants with automatic emails/texts for bills that ...had already been paid. October 3, 2023The rent has gone up every year for no reason. The management has always been unprofessional garbage. Their communication is rude and unprofessional. Mass texts screaming in ALL CAPS is not a way business should be run. The only good thing this management has done was EVENTUALLY bring back dumpsters that we used to have.
