July 23, 2015It is a nice complex. It is centrally located in Grand Haven. It is within walking distance of several grocery stores, and within biking distance of downtown. It is a bit pricy for the things it offers. Not many ammendities, there is a pool and a very small weight room. The new owners don't seem to be very sympathetic to anyones financial difficulties that sometimes come up. All that seems to matter, is that the rent is paid on time.Review from Apartments.com
