No View of a Park
January 30, 2022I lived here for a long time and I have plenty of info to comment on as follows: Location: Ideal as this city borders LA County and OC. Home Type: Townhouse 2 flrs, 2 bdrms each w/bthrm & closet, and 1/2 restroom located on 2nd floor; frnt porch w/view of either other adjacent units in property or apartments next door & balcony overlooking driveway(s) depending on where you rent w/2 car garage located at bottom floor w/washer/dryer hookups. No one above or below you. Closet space: very minimal, ...you definitely need wardrobe or other type of shelf space/linen closet. No park vistas only the road below and Coyote Creek. No assigned parking only at the top if you rent Unit #8 or unit next to Landlord's unit and one more which is occupied by a long term occupant. Cameras located on frnt of property. Parking on streets requires annual permit of $45 from city of La Habra. Street cleaning is on Tues and fine is $50 if car isn't removed. Parking on street can be challenging due to church located on the same street. Due to multi-family dwellings in this area, noise is louder on weekends and early afternoons. Overall it's not a bad place to live but the landlord can be too involved and may cause some inconveniences but it's different for everyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
