October 8, 2022My apartment was given to me falling apart. Wasn't cleaned or painted prior. Terrible odor of smoke and mildew. Cops are here often for various reasons. Inefficient
April 14, 20221 week last summer without air conditioning, now 2 more weeks and being told it will be an additional 2 weeks until it is fixed. In total 5 weeks with no air conditioning in Mesa Arizona with absolutely no compensation offered.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
November 24, 2021I have lived here over a year now and I love it. Yes there issues but it’s normal issues. Something breaks and they fix it, something needs to be replaced guess what? They replace it. Not once have I called or talked (in person) with the office staff have I ever gotten attitude or them being rude. I know it is difficult apartment searching when you are from out of state and we're sorry you feel your are being mislead by advertising from so many apartment communities, but to take your anger and aggression out on my leasing staff is unacceptable. We're well aware of the aggressive, expletive-laden tone with which you spoke to our leasing consultant, threatening to tarnish our reputation on Google and other outlets. Worst apartment ever
June 18, 2017My apartment is a nice location but they don't check criminal records. COps come here at least twice a week minimum. August 10, 2015My apartment is 920sq feet and we don't have meters anymore ,since last year . The light company is in Ohio, sandy . I am a single mom trying to pay my bills .
