Infested
September 11, 2020Was happy to leave this apartment. It was roach infested and we got bed bugs. Water was cold during winter months and management seemed very hands on and understanding but when it came to solving problems everything was blamed on us even though we were not the only one with bug infestations. Was told at move out walk through everything was great and will receive back full deposit after them ignoring us for weeks they made us excuses why we would be getting none of it back. Absolute nightmare!!Property Manager Responded
