  • Beautification of property

    November 20, 2022
    Since avenue 5 took over property is not the same beautification of the property is down. Management needs to walk around cars with a expire tags ,sitting on flat sitting, on jacks ,trash already on the property maintenance don't work on weekends anymore. So resident has to look at the trash until Monday morning. Still waiting for the keypad to work that's why both gate has to stay open 24/7, maintenance need to sweep around dumpsters.

  • You get what you pay for.

    Overall the complex is kept moderately clean and the maintanence is typically quick about fixing issues. The units are pretty nice considering that they're low income, so as long as you're tidy they can be quite cozy.

  • Awesome only a few flaws.

    I love these apartments. But I do live in the front. I have seen trash accumulate in the back. And parking could be better but other than that, great staff, very helpful. Always resolve any issues we may have quickly. Always have community events and it's very quiet! We will be here till we buy our house.
