Rent includes all utilities! We love Seniors!! Laundry Services available (extra fee). Sheets and towels are included. All rooms are non-smoking!! Cleaning Deposit is $150 on weekly rentals and $300 on monthly rentals. No pets allowed. No App Fees. 1 car parking.
