We offer 2 bedroom apartment homes as well as 1 bedroom apartments. Each unit includes a single car garage (featuring a remote-operated door) which is connected to a private entrance leading to your apartment home. All of our units offer ample storage spaces. The bedrooms each include two over-sized closets. There are also shelves in the kitchen pantry, linen closets, and coat closets so there's plenty of storage space! All units have fully equipped eat-in kitchens as well as large combination living rooms and dining rooms. We are located very close to downtown St. Louis and many local universities. We are located directly across the street from beautiful Wilmore Park, a grocery store, Walgreen's, several eating establishments, and the local bus terminal. Not worth it
November 12, 2024The property is very outdated ! The rent amount changes monthly . And when asked it’s about the RUBS charges . The garage is very small , and the walls are very thin. I have to hear my neighbors run at all times of the night/morning . The price is not worth all the problems . Will be moving as soon as my lease is up !Review from Apartments.com

October 4, 2024Its ok. Things could be done alot quicker. For the most part I enjoy living here. Rent keeps going up, I might have to look elsewhere. Illegal dumping is becoming a problem as well. I guess there isnt too much to do about that.Review from Apartments.com

September 21, 2024Things have been great so far. A couple minor maintenance issues I need to alert the office about but appear that they will be quick fixes. The place is not very updated but spacious, has a garage, laundry hook ups and extra storage. Overall the place for the price is a steal. June 21, 2024They keep raising the rent but the apartments keep falling apart. They raise the rent but nothing in the apartments are updated. The inside of the apartments look very old.Review from Apartments.com
Unethical rental increase during pandemic
December 15, 2020The property itself is OK. Good space, for the cost. However, they have raised rent every year, including during the pandemic. Have even added on a "lability fee" to reimburse them for their own insurance. On top of whatever Renters Insurance we have with an insurance company. because that additional fee does not cover our personal property. During the pandemic we have not received a break at any point. Instead, they are charging us additional fees, to cover their business losses.Review from Apartments.com
