    Stay away! Crooks and con artists! Poor attention to detail and customer service. They will say anything to get your business, but don't keep track of what they say or promise. Management team thinks they are infallible and refuse to take responsibility for their own actions.

    When my thermastat went out called emergency maintznce number was disconnected. Fire department tried the three emergency contacts they had and fhe could do is leave a message. So if there was an actual fire one wonders what would oc happened. I have a baby and it was cold that night and we had to make other arrangements to sleep that night. I czll mamagement and property management and no one ever called me back in fact I am still waiting for that call back. There excuse was phone was broke as ...
    far as I am concerned nothing but an excuse. Could even offer a discount for displacing me. Parkside is greedy. I will break my lease the is a safety concern to my family. These apartment are even remodeled just refaced and overly priced.
