Okay Apartments
March 31, 2019Been here for going on 3 years. The area is beautiful, with Delaware Park and the Buffalo Zoo across the street. It's a 20min walk to Hertel Ave and an 8min walk to Main Street. Parkside Meadow restaurant, 7-Eleven and FairyCakes bakery are 2-3 minutes away and we're close to the I-98. There's laundry facilities on site and off-street parking. The rent is also a great price for the location but the hours for maintenance are inconvenient, 10am-2pm. The building is also old and could use some work. ...I always get flies, stink bugs and bees coming through my closed windows during the spring and summer months. My tub has had issues since I moved in and I can hear people walking on the roof. The building has a lot of potential, but I guess you get what you pay for.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
