BEWARE. Setup auto payments as soon as you move in.
July 7, 2024BEWARE these guys do not send any payment reminders. Be sure to schedule your automatic payments the moment you sign your lease because they will not send you any correspondence through any means until after you’re late and then charge you an absurd late fee to punish you. I have dealt with dozens of organizations in my adult life that send you payment reminders. This is literally the first place I’ve encountered that does not. Nor do they care about the circumstances. You can guess this place ...is ran by people with zero humanity in order to maximize profit.Property Manager Responded
July 12, 2024We are sorry to hear this sentiment. Our move-in letter, lease, and the monthly statement we send out, outline when rent is due and the amount due. Our lease is a purchased lease for North Carolina rental properties specifically and adheres to the state's guidelines for which rent is due on the 1st and late on the 5th. We do have many tools to help residents manage their accounts, through auto-pay or self-pay. We would be happy to review them with you again if you have questions. Our team is very much committed to the customer service aspect and would be happy to connect.
