Do not rent
October 17, 2018Been here less than a year and having so many problems, first of all the new manager is horrible and having attitude rude and unprofessional, they wont answers your call and barely Emails, second the whole building was out of gas for almost 1 MONTH, that means no stove no cooking and no hot water for 3-4 days, don’t be surprise if middle of the shower water goes off because it happens without any notice, the AC/ heater unit wont cool the living room, bedroom doesn’t have any AC unit at all and ...the only one that is in living room won’t reach to the bedroom, same for heater in living room, don’t think because the building has camera your safe or fine if they something happens or they steal from your car or if hit and runs because they keep playing with you and at the end they say ooooppps camera didn’t record it some how or camera its old I don’t know how to get the footage or its gone..... So whats the point of having camera?!! they keep playing with you. I would not recommend it even to my enemies.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst apartments ever
May 31, 2018Do not rent here. No hot water for five days and then no gas for almost a month. They are also not giving tenants a rent credit for living without the stove for so long. There's always maintenance problem at the complex. Water pipes leaking on the outside. Constant domestic disputes where police have been called and people always smoking outside their doors. The apartments also need to be fumigated. There are homeless people all over the parking lot and safety is definitely an issue there because ...they are always in the dumpsters in the back and hanging out by the back fence in the parking area. I barely moved in and I am thinking of reporting the complex in order to break my lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I can’t even
May 20, 2018This is the most disgusting apartment I’ve ever lived at, there are cockroaches and flies everywhere and in my apartment the flooring isn’t even correct. The view is of Office buildings. And yes it is very close to the dog park and I have dogs but living in a cockroach field apartment complex with horrible neighbors is worth a drive. I’ve only lived here for 5 months, I’m moving out soon!Review from Apartments.com
Highly Recommend these apartments
August 11, 2017We've lived here for over 3 years now and have never had any problems. The place is dog friendly, our dog loves being so close to the park and an off-leash dog park is just around the corner. We have a large german shepherd and it was very hard to find a place without breed restrictions. All dogs are welcomed, the only requirement is the manager meets the dogs to ensure they aren't dangerous and there is a pet deposit (no pet rent though!). The apartments are all updated with new counters, ...hardwood floors, and new appliances. Grocery store is close, and tons of good restaurants a few minutes away on ventura blvd! The parking is pretty decent, 1 bedrooms get 1 reserved spot. We have 2 cars, but we rarely have problems finding a spot on the street. All the common areas are kept clean and in good working order (there's a nice pool, BBQs, laundry room, and fitness room). Katerina has been by far the best apartment manager I've ever had. Very friendly, quickly responds to texts or calls, and we've always had a very quick response to any repairs we needed. When the dishwasher broke they had a new one installed in less than 2 days. Even small repairs like a clogged sink she has had taken care of fast. After 3 years I can say I have enjoyed living here, and would highly recommend these apartments (especially if you have a large dog!).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Dysfunction Apartment.
July 23, 2015The apartment where i live now is very inconvenient to live with, i lived here for Four years with my son. Im a single mom. Where can you find an apartment for more than 6 months we dont have water supply for the whole day, 5 days in a week. When they finally fixed it just last month, we only get hot water thru out the day. They say insulation issue. And for four years no upgrade in my aoartment. Not even new paint at least. And where can you find an apartment children does not allowed to play ...around the area. The maintenance are Horrible, it will take weeks before they can attend to maintenance request. And the apartment manager takes forever before she will get back to me in regards to my request for example change apartment. Her reason for not granting my request, i have months that i was delayed for 5 days with my payment. The system in this apartment is Horrible!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great price even better location!
August 16, 2015Great location! Low Rent! Good Neighbors! Awesome Manager! I have been living at my current place with my boyfriend for almost 3 years. The manager is the best. She is accommodating, understanding, she works hard to make sure all tenants are taken care of and happy about where they live. Her husband is the maintenance guy and when you issue a note to get something fix, they do their best to take care of it right away. The location is right next to the 101 freeway and just 2 minutes from the 405. ...Grocery stores are 3 min away, balboa park is across the street and because we are located on the corner, parking is much easier to fine. All apartments have been updated and continue to be upgraded with hardwood floors and granite counter tops, spacious 1 bedrooms. Water and trash are paid for, ample storage space, pool, BBQ grills, 24 hour laundry, fitness area. This place has it all. Located in a convenient and safe are in Encino. Come check it out! The price cant be beat for what your getting.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
