A nice place but it could be better
July 26, 2015The apartment overall is a pretty nice place. It includes such things as a alright dishwasher and modern kitchen. There are things that could be better though. The ceiling is constantly creaking when the people upstairs walk around and the building always smells like a skunk died. Also the landlord company tours the place at least once every other week. However, rent is cheap, it's close to campus (UW-L and WTC) and it's right next to a park. Overall, it's not a bad place to live by any means. ...Oh, and utilities are included in rent, which is awesome!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
