October 21, 2018The property manger of park view towers has no respect for her tenants, she uses methods of intimidation and threats to get the tenants to sign documents that they have no clue about, she does not properly inform her tenants on changes that may occur in the building.. She run this property as if the tenants are in a reform school or a dorm.. She would lie about money being owe and when tenants ask to see documentation on why this money is owe, she can't produce the document... She has threaten ...the lively hood of most of the tenants that reside here. The elevators never work, we're constantly calling 311 about that... The bell system have not been working for years but yet she tell the security at the front desk to make visitors ring the bell that they may get buzzed in when she know that it doesn't work... This is not a good building to live in as long as she's managing it..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 12, 2018Parkview Towers is a place I have grown up and the owners of this building has 0 regard for the residents of this building. The heat in the winter time is regulated and we sweat tremendously and are irregularly cold when outside of the building because of the high heat. There are rodents in the building and there's very little maintenance of the building, annual repainting, tiling, and the elevators are the absolute worst. They're constantly breaking down and the management blames the residents. ...As if it is totally unnatural for a building holding as many residents as this one, with only 2 elevators, to experience malfunction when they are as low quality as the ones we have. Our treatment is totally inhumane and frankly we deserve a lot better. To make matters worse, rent is being raised for residents without warning and without an increase in their income. They are pushing out the current demographics existing in this building and hoping to bring in a more middle and upper class population, which is utterly disgusting. Our lives have value and we deserve to remain in our homes and for our apartments to be upkept and well maintained for us. If that is too much for the owners to handle, turn the building ownership over to the residents. Without us, you'd have no money anyway. Make us the owners if you cannot do your job.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
