Parkway is the best spot in downtown Como
June 23, 2020Parkway is the best bang for your buck in Como. You are right on Broadway and are a quick walk to all the restaurants, but you pay a very reasonable amount of rent. Not to mention you are getting a completely renovated unit with new floor and appliances. The units have great floor plans and the property is kept very nicely. Good maintenance service. DON'T LIVE HERE
May 17, 2016The customer service is atrocious. Hands down the worst I have experienced. The manager extremely rude and will not address any issues you encounter. There is no communication between maintenance, management, and reception. When I complained to the manager about this, she BERATED me, told me "it wasn't her problem," and eventually hung up on me. The parking lot is always full of screaming, unsupervised kids. The walls are extremely thin. The whole building smells musty and mildewey and the ...hallways appear to have never been cleaned. The apartment I moved into wasn't clean either. There were stains on the countertops, walls, doors, and bathroom floor, and grit and grime in a lot of drawers/cabinets.
