Great place to live in Culver City!
June 20, 2018I have no complaints about Parkway Plaza. Maria and her staff are very friendly, they take proud in their work. Any maintenance issues (which I didn’t have many) where taken care of right away. I had NO bugs! Lots of closet space and very roomy. The only negative thing would be the increase in rent each year but that’s happening everywhere. Overall GREAT place to live in Culver City.Review from Apartments.com

October 4, 2015The Positives: Building Manager is great, very attentive. Great Location-short walk to mall and movie theatre without much traffic in the area. Pool and Grill area. Negatives: Raise your rent each year. A lot of water waste on the landscaping since the management switched cost to tenants. Building is old. It's well-maintained, with a small but nicely kept pool, and the staff is attentive and easy to work with. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and the rent is reasonable.
