April 28, 2024Water heater always breaking, or running out of hot water. They never fix anything. Management is always going through new managers. Apartment they show you looks great, and then you get your actual apartment and it is an absolute mess.Review from Apartments.com

December 30, 2022Parkway Square is a great community apartment complex to live in. It's close to most everything. Quiet for the most part. Rent is a bit high for what you get, though, but overall I have had any real issues living in Parkway Square. When the kids move out of our 3 bedroom, I plan on staying and renting a one bedroom due to the fact I can walk to work. Thats the best perk for me.Property Manager Responded

Apartment was infested with roaches upon move-in.
January 21, 2022My biggest fear/concern came true and the apartment was infested with roaches upon arrival. It was also not clean, had stains all over the wood, and the previous tenant clearly trashed the place. I didn’t even stay a single night in there. I WOULD give them 2 stars because management let me back out and refunded my money relatively quickly, but I can’t bring myself to do it. They are nice, but the apartment was completely uninhabitable. I highly recommend staying away.Review from Apartments.com
