Dirty, dirty, dirty!
February 22, 2026This apartment complex has become a dirty nasty place to live. There's garbage, cigarette butts, and dog poop all over the community. The sidewalks, stairs, and landings have trails of mystery fluids from people carrying leaky garbage bags and God knows what else to the dumpster. This apartment complex used to be a decent place to live, and if I had known it would go downhill so fast I never would have renewed my lease.Property Manager Responded

Great starter home for 1
March 6, 2022I've loved this place as a first apartment out of college; one bedroom is all we need and they're clean, renovated, and nice. Laundry in every building is a plus and the staff is accessible, friendly, and helpful. They're also bilingual (Spanish/English) for those who need it! Online payments and very cheap parking are both enormous bonuses. I hope to renew my lease!Property Manager Responded
