November 9, 2016Parkwood Pointe continues to impress me. I have lived here for a year and recently signed for another year. The staff are nice and go out of their way to make you feel at home. I have had a couple instances within the past few months interacting with office and maintenance staff and they have gone above and beyond. Parkwood Pointe Apartments
July 26, 2015I moved into the Parkwood Pointe Apt's over 3 years ago after I found it on Apartments.com & I was very happy to find this small treasure in my neighborhood close to work. It is very secure and has a fantastic management team who are always so helpful and friendly. It is always clean and management is always quick to clean up or fix anything that goes wrong in our apartments. It has a wonderful sense of community any many of the neighbors become friends. Appliances are modern Stainless Steel, ...heat is paid and garages are individual stalls. The bathrooms are larger than most apartments which I love. Best one we've seen!
January 20, 2014My husband and I were unexpectedly homeless a week before Christmas. Luckily, we had a place to stay, but since then we have viewed properties all around the south metro. It's been long, ardous and frankly disheartening. It has been so difficult to find an apartment that's both affordable and impressies - Parkwood Pointe is this. Although we only viewed the apartments, we were so impressed by everything on offer and hope to put our application in ASAP. Thanks, Parkwood! You impressed us within ...in an hour of being there. November 10, 2014I've been living here over 5 months. I am very happy with how friendly and responsible the staff are and how clean, beautiful, and spacious the complex is. I live on 2nd floor and am exceedingly pleased with my apt. floor plan. Anytime I have a question or need, saff respond asap. Hearing neighbors has not been a problem at all. The work out room is a huge asset for me. I do not have any complaints or disappointments about my living experience here. Lots of amenities. No underground parking and ...garages cost extra but I knew that upfront.
