The office staff is not thorough, they do not communicate properly, there is no resident interaction, they drop the ball on ANYTHING they say that they will do and they just take your money and want you to uphold the lease terms that they fail to do. The maintinence team is being constantly replaced, and while most of the temp workers are kind and courteous, some will not read entry notes, even entring your home without knocking at 8am after ignoring your request for months. Scared my roomates pretty badly, and its a good thing my dog wasn't out of the worker could have gotten hurt. overall kind and courteous staff, but i would say this apartment meets a basic standard and nothing more. safe place to live, ...good parking, but dont bother woth maintinence requests.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2023I moved in and the apartment didn’t have running water and I didn’t have hot water for almost 2 weeks. The solution provided was not a safe alternative.
