    Poor upkeep of property, false claims of security and safe parking. They will tow cars in unassigned spots with no warnings and yet they do nothing if someone is parked in your assigned spot. The place is infested with roaches, wasps and stray cats that are mass fed by other tenants. Walking alone at night is not recommended in this complex and lighting is scarce.

    You should definitely move here if you like a variety of bugs in your apartment, holes in your walls that won’t be fixed AND if you like getting your car towed for no reason or warning when it’s in an OPEN and UNASSIGNED parking space.

    I have read many reviews .I even know some of these people who have written them. And they do have some of the issues noted. Nothing is perfect and I will join in to say you must live at your cleanest to avoid potential roaches . This area is the issue, its a must you wash your dishes ,take out your trash ,do not leave pet food out ,clean appliences and stay on top of it .with this being said the roaches tend to visit others who are not managing their apt daily. I have had a few randomly . Now ...
    past this, a few maintenance disappointments have happen but in the end it was fixed. Usually the wk orders are tended to quite quickly. The grounds are kept up nice.Police do stroll through mainly due to non residents that like the laundryrooms to sleep off a long night. I choose to live here and have lived in glendale some time .I like it, so I'm staying. My experience with staff has been good. Our community has apps to share maintenance concerns so you don't always have to talk to people in the office, its a great feature. One more feature is the package deliver room so no more porch pirates ,your pk is safely locked in a locker.     The pictures look pretty. The entrance office and fountain are also very pretty. IT IS ALL A ROUSE! The front office people are nice until you have paid your rent and then they could careless about you. Our neighbors were awful...when they moved out they left their apartment in shambles and caused our apartment to become infected with bugs. Which management did nothing to try and fix. Trying to get maintenance to do anything was a joke. Our ac went out 5 times it took maintenance a week to fix ...
    it. The porches in the upstairs unit are wood slats so any time you drop something there is a fear of dropping it downstairs. The most frustrating thing of all is the amount of times a car that was not ours parked in our reserved parking spot. I don't know if the office failed to inform new tenants of the rules or if people are just stupid. Fear not there is a sign that says you can call and have the car towed but what a surprise the tow company won't come and tow unless they have approval from management. Well what a surprise cars always park in the spot when maintenance has left for the day. I am so happy to be rid of this nasty and annoying place.

    Property manager Margie has no class and finds it appropriate to throw away a memorial for a 13 yr old that was killed Sunday night with no warning. Flowers cards candles and stuffed animals put out for a little girl that left this world way to soon and for it to just go in the trash like no one cares?     We fell in love with this apartment and shortly after moving in realized there were cockroaches galore. We kill AT LEAST 20 a day. And guess who doesn't want to do anything about it? Management! The exterminator comes and sprays bi weekly (if there is a spot on the list-better cross your fingers).   • Worst management even when they were bought out by new management

    Since January they have been bought out by a new company and having been doing a lot of remodeling and painting to the apartment complex. I understand that, but today there was no warning to move our vehicles so they can strip the covered parking and replace parts. All the parking in my area, even my assigned covered parking spot, the residents were woken up with a banging on their door at 8am to move their vehicle or be towed. Then they are slowly, I mean absolutely slowly repainted all the apartment complex buildings and it was supposed to be done this past week for our area, but they ended up repainting our building not once, but three times! Every neighbor I have spoken to are very upset and pissed that as residents who are paying rent and not a bothersome to anyone are being treated like this. I even tried speaking to management on the phone, but no one answered. This place is going down hill and fast because they are even lowering their standards on who rents here because every night past quiet hours rowdy kids and even adults are drinking and blasting music. Definitely do not rent from here. This is my second year and everything was live-able up until this point.

    Paseo was the worst place I have ever lived in. The grounds were dirty, apartments falling apart, and neighbors were always trashy. BEWARE. I moved out early and paid $1000's of dollars to do so. I had a final bill of about $40 after they took my security deposit.. Instead of letting me pay them directly which I have a TON of money they sent it directly to a shady collection company called IQ Data/Rent Collect Global (A company that has been shut down 4 times since 2000 for illegal business ...
    practices) . I sent this place 2 separate checks the first one they never cashed and I had no idea where it was so I certified mailed a second check and no one ever cashed it either. I have called this collection company over 200 times left multiple messages and no one has called me back! There was one time I was able to get through to one of the agents and they told me I was not in their system and Paseo Park hasn't sent them anything. I called Paseo and the office manager sounded like they do this on purpose (I have them recorded). I have recently contacted the BBB as well as filed a complaint with the Attorney General about the issue. This apartment complex is a joke I could have paid you a $100 just to leave me alone. Worst apartment complex hands down I've ever lived in... DO NOT LIVE HERE! I bought a new house i'll never live in another apartment again because of your unprofessionalism.

    You get what you pay for with these apartments is the best way to put it. I guess I'll start off with the positive stuff being that the staff has been great so far.. Tammy and Sangar are always very helpful and the property manager I believe her name is Ana ? I don't see or deal with her much but when I do she is always very pleasant. Maintenance is decent also it takes them a day or two to respond to your work order, have had a couple weird incidents such as them just walking in while my ...
    boyfriend and I were sleeping.. and another time thank god it wasn't me but my boyfriend was in a shower and they just came in to fix our sink that we had put a work order in (They responded too slow and we took care of it ourselves) So the maintenance guy was just basically doing nothing, I'm still not too sure it was a weird situation. On to the negative, the whole left side of the complex (closer to denny's) is loaded with roaches, they call them "Water bugs" but they are huge roaches, I've seen about 13-16 since my time being here (10 months) Some outside on trees, some on the sidewalks, but many, and I mean many in my apartment which is NOT cool! I am very clean, and spend hours a week making sure my apartment looks the way it did when I started renting here and I just don't get where they are coming from,but it is just seriously too gross to deal with Also the people who live here are just.. gross... I seriously saw this man get out of his truck and throw his drink into a bush with no care in the world! and those are not people I want to live by/near. The parking lot is always full of trash due to negligent people who just don't care, the complex is also not gated so there are a lot of sketchy and questionable people who just roam through here sometimes, I've never seen patrol cars or anything. They only do annual inspections, I would advise them to do one every 6 months due to something that happened here, still not too sure what happened exactly since none of us were ever dressed about it but there was an explosion in an apartment, cannabis oil or something weird? That happened in the beginning of the year and they still never bothered to inspect any other apartments since or address any of us to let us know what was going on, I seriously had to read online news reports to find out what had happened because they tried to keep everything 'hush hush'
